The original house has an existing rear orangery built but while it is spacious and functional, the roof leaks and has very poor thermal performance. 

What we are doing here is simply replace the existing with a new but slightly larger orangery but with a much better quality product. 
 
As well as receiving a new  outer shell, the interior has been completely refurbished. This includes bespoke joinery, interior finishes and upgrades for all electrical items. 
 
With regards to external works, the new rear terrace will house a space for the client's dogs plus additional storage for gardening tools. 

Work is progressing well on site with completion  estimated to be around middle of April 2023.
