With London property values at a premium, buying a larger house seemed an impossible option. This young family of 4 have bucked the trend and decided to expand their existing home rather than move out of London.

Inspired by several architect designed loft extensions in the nearby area, the owners of this top floor maisonette wanted a loft extension with a slight twist.

​Our approach was to deliver a layout that is not only unique but also functional to the client's specific requirements. The result was a stunning master ensuite with a large sliding pocket door that, when fully opened, offers a unique view to the south west London rooftop skyline from the master bedoom.

Together with the much needed extra bedroom and ensuite bathroom, a considerable amount of additional storage was added to the new loft space.
