In a tired 1990's office block situated in the heart of Clerkenwell, the client came to us with a specific brief for a contemporary office. 

Spread over 5 separate levels, the client occupies the top 2 floors with 2 others to be let and a communal basement. The basement consists of a bike store, kitchen/ breakout area plus a new wetroom and WC. 

Operating under a tight budget, we created a modern industrial look using simple materials and bold colours throughout. In addition, the office was kitted out with the latest IT equipment and bespoke lighting. 

Again, with the help of a fantastic team of builders working tirelessly, the entire 5 floors was completed in under just 8 weeks.
