PLAYGROUND HOUSE

Having already secured planning consent for this development on this former dis-used playground, we were approached by the client to review the implications of making various amendments to the approved scheme.

Following our review process and amendments, a 'variation condition' application was submitted to the council and subsequently approved in September 2017.

As the site is surrounded by neighbouring properties in close very proximity, there are numerous party wall agreements to be drawn up prior to work commencing on site. As well as resolving various construction key details, we were involved in assisting the party wall surveyors to draw up various party walls and boundary conditions.

As this build progresses, we will be engaged in preparing design packages to assist the client to construct the building, e.g., M&E schematics, floor and wall buildups, interior finishes specification etc.
