Unlike many of our other projects where extra space is usually the main drive, the brief for this project is entirely focused on our client's son, Theo's needs (as well as requiring 24 hour care, Theo is also a growing boy who is fast out-growing the strength of his carers). 

Our design involved accommodating a hoist & H-frame system to provide more flexibility for Theo's movements as well as a series of ramps to achieve level access on the ground floor.  On the upper floor, Theo's bedroom has also been reconfigured to accommodate a fully accessible ensuite bathroom. 

In addition to Theo's needs, the house also benefited from a new reconfigured kitchen as well as bespoke joinery to create new storage. 

As well as Theo, the clients also has 3 other children which meant that the entire project had to be completed within a very tight timeframe. 

With the help from our very able team, the whole project was delivered on time and on budget, not to mention Theo is delighted with his brand new bedroom suite!
